Just a run on the new Flash10 3D API.

The source only includes the actual viewing engine. Needs some tweaking in Z-Sorting and when using a lot of covers. Manipulating the display-list in runtime is quite expensive!

Ensure key-focus and press left and right to navigate.

it’s really cool! i bet you could easily do something like this with raycasting, rather than complicated 3d apis and whatnot. but still, AWESOME

I did some research on the cover flow effect for a plugin I was making (http://wessite.com/labs/flowplugin) and found that you can easily use a lookup table for the cover positions. In my case it saved some CPU and made the animation smoother…
